In regards to Fiona’s great lecture on PCOS, can she please explain the dosage changes to many of the herbs and supplements she recommends? I have notes from her last IFS lectures and her books with higher dosages for many her recommendations, and am wondering if the update reflects changes to her dosages in clinical practice? Thank you!
