There is some data that it works. But how and why is still more hypothesis.
A group in japan showed with 10 years of data that it doubled blastocyst rates. I have a few videos about PBM and fertility on my website including interview the group from japan. https://acubalance.ca/laser-fertility
I think the (emphasis on think) is that PBM increases blood flow, regulates inflammation and over time lowers ROS which is beneficial to egg quality. I am not convinced a therapeutic dosage of photons reach the ovaries to impact mitochondria and ATP. But I am sure trying. hard to make i happen 🙂
There is a cascade of events as a result of PBM that is also believed to reach the follicles.
Not to sound foolish and show my lack of knowledge, but what are protofollicles?
