The right oral preparation works exceptionally well.
The biggest challenge I see with IV GSH is that it speeds up the process – GSH goes in the body to find damaged tissue/diseased states/infections etc so the ‘healing crisis’ can be more marked with IV and more sudden. Oral delivery if consistent and just before bed (again with the right liposomal form) is much more rebuilding and stabilising in my experience.
I don’t see clinical results with NAC for oocyte or sperm quality. Only if GSH is used.
Word of warning – remember GSH will detox and chelate so have a good idea whats hidden before you start (not just toxins – think bugs).
